1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from Custom Core (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Product Customization & Accuracy You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details, spellings, dimensions, files, and specifications provided for personalized products are accurate. Custom Core is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. "As Is" and "As Available" Basis All products, services, and content provided through the Store are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Core, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages—arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, any service or product purchased from the Store.

  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in product descriptions or customization inputs.

  • Shipping delays, carrier mishandling, loss, or third-party service interruptions.

  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages is restricted, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custom Core and its owners and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or legal fees asserted by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
